Business Development Manager (housing technologies)
Salary Range: negotiable
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
• Direct approach to end user / property developer / contractor
• Achieve sales growth performance via expanding business volume and further penetration of existing accounts / channel partner
• Responsible for tender estimation, preparation and submission
• Degree holder with 5 years' experience in B2B sales / business development functions
• Experience in housing technologies, energy, BMS, E&M or facility management, strong networking in property developer will be an advantage
• Proactive. Excellent negotiation techniques and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
