- Responsible for Graduate Trainee recruitment
- Design & implement training programs for trainees
- Manage onboarding trainees programs
- Assist in any ad-hoc HR initiatives as required
- Degree holder with 5 years' experience in HR with solid experience in training/ campus recruitment/ trainees programs
- Good knowledge of universities with existing relationship preferred
- Result-driven, possessing self-initiative, detail-minded with positive work attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different parties
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
