- Responsible for full recruitment cycle across all levels, from sourcing to on-boarding
- Liaise closely with line managers/ management team to identify recruitment needs, advise on market condition and recruitment trends
- Select effective sourcing channels and design efficient workflow strategies for all searches to develop quality talent pools
- Coordinate and manage the connection between internal stakeholder needs and Agencies
- Compile recruitment plan and strategy according to business needs
- Min. 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with hands on experience in mass recruitment
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
- Able to work in fast-paced working environment
- Immediately available is highly preferred
