IT Specialist / System Analyst / Senior System Analyst (15K – 30K depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with project manager, business analyst and end-users to design and develop solutions that meet the business requirements
• Gather and develop business and technical requirements to drive and come up with POC (proof-of-concept), to design the best fit application architecture and infrastructure for the systems and solutions
• Plan, design, develop, implement, test and support systems and applications to meet the business needs
• Follow through the whole SDLC to deliver IT systems and solutions including implementation and system integration
• Able to create RFP, and manage 3rd party software vendor to monitor the project progress, as well as to QA the software deliverables from project start to project end
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of development experience including system analysis and design, application development and implementation, system testing and support
• Solid software development skill and application infrastructure design skill
• Proven 3rd party software vendor management, and client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Solid experience in databases and tools like SQL Server / Oracle / .NET / JavaScript framework
• Experience in OutSystems, D365, CRM, ERP, Cloud technology is highly advantageous
• A good team player, able to learn quickly with proactive "can do" attitude and sense of responsibility
