About Our Client

Our client is one of the top HK Listed conglomerates in the property/ hospitality sector. They are looking for a seasoned CFO with strong investment background, coupled with M&A exposure to join the leadership team. The CFO will also act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman on investment strategies.

Job Description

As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee the overall group level accounting & finance activities including corporate governance, strengthening internal control & regulatory compliance. Your role will also have a strong focus on corporate finance, where you will evaluate and advise on appropriate investment initiatives; and lead fund raising activities.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder and a Big 4 trained Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 20 years' experience gained from leading conglomerates, preferably in the Property or Hospitality sector, or have exposure working in a Family office; coupled with solid track record in successful fundraising and sound investment.

As a senior executive, you will also be comfortable working with the Chairman and supporting them on high level / confidential assignments.

Knowledge on HK listing rules & regulations is required.

You must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
