Job Responsibilities

- Lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and growth of team members
- Develop capability and maturity of each team members and foster teamwork spirit
- Develop warehouse management and delivery plan to support business growth
- Initiate improvement tasks for system / workflow / process to improve operation standards
- Setup & implement warehouse KPI and innovate SOP to maximize efficiency
- Team up with quality assurance & production team in food safety operation policies and guidelines development and improvement (factory/store)
Job Requirements

- Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Logistics / Supply Chain or related disciplines
- 5 years working experience in logistics & warehouse management experience, preferably in F&B / FMCG
- Solid hands on experience to support daily warehouse operation of F&B / FMCG
- Experience in ERP system is a must
- Proficiency in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Analytical, independent, self-motivated and good teamwork
