Job Responsibilities
• Lead the team to provide the portfolio of services include but not limited to the total rewards development, job grading, compensation benchmarking and structures, incentive plans designing, staff cost budgeting, and HRIS implementation etc.
• Provide various analysis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study, workforce planning, benefits survey, and HR costing, etc
• Manager the HR Operations, including but not limited to payroll and fringe benefits administration, and tax reporting, etc.
• Review and streamline HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth
• Other ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
• Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant C&B experience including 5 years at managerial level, preferably in retail/ F&B/ telecom/ insurance sector
• Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Proficient knowledge on payroll and human resources management system
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
