Salary Range: 50,000-60,000
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand the hiring needs, job requirements as well as to identify and recommend effective talent sourcing strategies
- Be responsible for full talent resourcing cycle in a fast-paced & dynamic working environment in Hong Kong and other Asian markets, including but not limited to job posting, application screening, talent sourcing via appropriate channel and arrange interviews etc
- Explore new and effective sourcing channels
- Prepare market intelligence report on talent landscape and periodical recruitment tracking statistics & reports
- Establish and maintain hiring & talent pool records
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 8 years in recruitment / talent resourcing experience
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations in Hong Kong. Knowledge covering Mainland China and other East Asia locations will be an advantage
- Proactive with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently and under pressure
