• Identify key potential improvement areas hindering operations quality and recommend solutions to uplift operations efficiency
• Lead and manage operations improvement projects such as process re-engineering and digitalization projects
• Collaborate with different business functions and external vendors on implementing the projects and ensure a timely delivery
• Use BI tools to develop dashboard for operations monitoring and reporting
• Analyse operational data and provide insight for management’s decisions making
• With 3 years of relevant working experience in process re-engineering, consulting or other related fields are preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge on MS Visio, SQL, Tableau is an advantage
• Highly customer-focused and self-motivated with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
