Job Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional process improvement, capability transformation and finance capability upgrade initiatives.
• Develop Lean Six Sigma culture throughout finance organization.
• Act as PMO key members to oversight transformational initiatives across business.
Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related disciplines
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certified PMP would be at advantage
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in sizable, listed company or audit firm
• Experience in leading team, change management
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Flexible mindset, detail-oriented, self-motivated & discipline, good communication, leadership and analytical skills
