Salary Range: 25,000-30,000

- Assist the Manager to handle spectrum of leasing duties of retail shop
- Follow up the leasing documents with real estate/landlord/property agents and internal department/brand teams respectively before shop opening/relocation
- Consolidate corporate reports on monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly basis
- Collect valuable and updated market information from various landlords and business-related partners
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Handle ad hoc project as assigned
- Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate, Surveying, or Marketing related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' experience in developers, consultancy firms or retail brand expansion team, with a proven track record in leasing for shopping malls
- Understanding of the HK retail market and have good connections with developers and property agencies
- Proactive, independent, attention to details. Strong negotiation skill and good knowledge of all laws governing tenancy such as Hong Kong Tenancy Law, Property Leasing Ordinance and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to be able to present and influence both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
