Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for identifying training needs, designing programs, conducting and delivering in-house training & field coaching particularly customer service, selling techniques, frontline supervisory management training…etc
- Responsible for the manning of Mystery Shopper Program & Service Culture Program
- Formulate & manage training plan and budget
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements

- Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in retail brands, focusing on frontline training is essential
- Good interpersonal & communication skills in dealing with different levels of people
- Strong drive in implementing training to support business
- Pro-active, fast-paced, work independently & good time management
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
