Senior Human Resources Officer(BP+Staff engagement)

Job Responsibilities
• Act as an HR Business Partner to support line management to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
• Provide advice on manpower planning, talent development to line management and ensure a sustainable manpower pipeline to the Company
• Handle full employee life cycle and manage end to end administration process from talent acquisition until cessation
• Organise and coordinate employee engagement and staff relations activities
• Support HR corporate initiatives and projects, be the driver and focal point to work with different business units and divisions
• Ensure all HR practices & policies are in line with Company policies and statutory requirements
• Responsible for reports preparing and analysis
Job Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of business partnering, recruitment or employee engagement experience gained from sizeable organizations
• Self-starter, ability to think strategically
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees of different backgrounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, knowledge in graphic design, photo or video editing would be an advantage
