Job Responsibilities
- Report to the senior management, and lead a small team to provide manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies and employer branding
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand the hiring needs, job requirements as well as to identify and recommend effective talent sourcing strategies
- Review and improve on TA operational effectiveness and consistency
- Provide leadership support, coaching sessions for Talent Acquisition Team
- Explore new and effective sourcing channels
- Establish and maintain hiring & talent pool records
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in recruitment/talent sourcing within the conglomerate/ engineering/ retail/ telecom, or FMCG industries, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations in Hong Kong
- Proactive with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
