Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll calculation for both Hong Kong and Macau stores staffs, MPF administration, attendance & leave management, final payment, taxation, benefits & insurance administration
- Manage HRIS implementation and maintenance
- Assist in implementation of HR policies & practices and ensure procedures are in compliance with the HKSAR Employment Ordinance
- Prepare regular HR reports and conduct analysis
- Participates in special projects and assignments when required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Accounting-related disciplines
- 3 years payroll experience from Retail / FMCG industry
- Strong in payroll and familiar with IPL and Excel(Vlookup) is preferable
- Sound knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance & other statutory regulations
- Proficiency in Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
