Job Responsibilities

The job holder will act as an HRBP to provide one-stop HR services to enhance BU’ effectiveness in achieving business results. Job functions include but not limited to:
- Manpower selection & planning
- Performance management & counseling
- Remuneration management
- Organizational planning & development
- Projects related to human resources development
Job Requirements

- A degree holder with minimum 5 years' relevant experience in sizeable corporations
- People-oriented, flexible and able to deal with people from all walks of life
- Meticulous with strong analytical skill and logical thinking
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and communicative in Putonghua
- Able to work and perform independently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- An energetic team player showing initiative
- Well-versed in HKSAR Labour Ordinance and Microsoft applications
