Job Responsibilities

(Wong Chuk Hang, Grade A Commercial Property)

• Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of commercial building
• Duties will include budget planning, enforcement of the DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, handling complaints, supervision of site staff and monitoring contractors’ performance, etc
Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in property management
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
