Job Details

Industry: Property Developer

Location: Kowloon

Salary Range: 50,000-60,000

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Job Responsibilities

- Check the site progress, the quality of workmanship and materials in accordance with specifications & requirements
- Prepare site report and keep record in respect of the site progress & quality
- Carry out inspection of defects and outstanding works at the completion of the work
- Assist handover of projects to management office and end users
Job Requirements

- Diploma or Certificate holder in Building Studies, Construction Management or equivalent
- 15 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in large scale construction projects
- Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure & independently
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills & knowledge
