Admin Officer & Receptionist (Wong Chuk Hang)

Job Responsibilities
• Provide clerical and admin support to HR and Administration Department
• Perform receptionist functions including but not limited to greeting and serving tea to guests, handling phone calls, mailing courier and order stock for office supplies
• Manage room booking system and administer the booking of conference/meeting rooms
• Liaises with the Management Office
Job Requirements
• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Cheerful, Pro-active, responsible, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
