- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development and positioning.
- Plan and oversee the organization's participation in yacht shows, industry events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure our yachts meet client expectations and align with market demands.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in luxury sales and marketing, preferably in the yacht industry.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and the preferences of high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel.
