Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a high-performing workforce. Facilitate succession planning and career development programs.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on performance improvement plans and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fairness and equity.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- At least 10 years of work experience in HR field in sizable organization.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
