• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with Hong Kong financial regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits and tax matters.
• Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain and improve internal accounting systems and controls.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an in-house role.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin.
• HKICPA/ACCA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
