Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager)

Job Responsibilities
As the FP&A Manager, you will serve as the central hub for financial intelligence, directly influencing the company's strategic direction and operational stability. Your core mandate will be to:
• Own the Planning Cycle: Lead the development and management of the annual budget, rolling quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
• Provide Advanced Analysis & Decision Support: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities, delivering insights that support critical strategic choices.
• Develop Sophisticated Financial Models: Build, maintain, and enhance robust financial models for business case evaluations, investment appraisals, and scenario planning.
• Deliver Executive-Level Reporting: Design and present premium management reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Offer Authoritative Financial Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and business partners, providing clear interpretations, recommendations, and financial stewardship.
• Champion Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in all FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the finance function.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A recognised professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or CFA is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial controllership, or advanced analytics, gained specifically within the financial services industry (e.g., brokerage, proprietary trading, FX/CFD, banking, cross-border payments).
• Direct exposure to front-office environments, such as a dealing desk or FX trading desk, is a significant advantage and will be highly regarded.
• Trilingual proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Tableau, or similar ERP/BI tools is a strong plus.
