Competitor Analysis
6-8 years in sales and operations with at least 3 years in a management position.
Commercially astute with strong numerical acumen. Sales and result driven.
Experience in data analysis and a good eye for detail.
Strong leader with proven ability to motivate and lead a team of retail personnel.
Excellent communication skill. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Proactive and able to show initiative /ideas to constantly improve the business and the customer experience.
