Marketing Manager (Acquisition/ Retention)

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for initiation, planning & implementation a vast of marketing campaigns for mobile acquisition / retention and to grow in-base revenue in order to achieve business target.
- Ensure effective and efficient communications for introducing new service or loyalty offer
- Develop and implement the customer loyalty strategy to improve acquisition and retention of customers. Carry out the action plans to uplift the customers satisfaction and service quality.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and prepare related reports
- Work closely with cross-functional team to maximize customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years solid relevant experience in marketing (Acquisition/ Retention) of telecommunications/banking/consumer goods or services
- Aggressive and meticulous, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong people management skill.
- Strong business sense with analytical abilities
- Good management skill and detail oriented
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
