- Work closely with the line manager to devise appropriate strategies to address business and recruitment challenges based on understanding of internal and external environment and business direction
- Make effective recruitment plan and control hiring within headcount budget to achieve the business situation and perspectives on annually/ quarterly/ monthly basis
- Conduct recruitment channel analysis, negotiation and finalization as well as support and perform job description compiling and posting
- Lead and manage a team to provide full spectrum of HR recruitment services to improve recruitment process and performance
- Review and define recruitment criteria, regulation and process for local detail practice as and when necessary
- Produce periodic reports on recruitment status, recruitment activities and performances as well as hiring statistics
- Explore effective sourcing channels, build connection with universities to support campus recruitment, to meet expansion needs
- Develop and maintain constructive business partner relationship with labor bureau, external consultants and HR related communities

- Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in retail/telecom/banking/FMCG industry recruitment, with 2-3 years in managerial role
- Good planning and operation skills to ensure work efficiency and quality
- Independently research and develop effective, new ideas and solutions
- Initiative, detail-focus, and result-oriented
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, self motivated and able to perform multi-tasking
- Proficiency in PC skills e.g. MS office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
