Salary Range: 40,000-45,000
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Responsible for C&B operations for HK, PRC and Macau region, including payroll, MPF, staff cost allocation, salaries tax and group medical insurance, etc.
- Perform annual salary reviews & benchmark, bonus, HR budgeting, MPF & insurance renewal, and tax equalization
- Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures and organization structure
- Enhance and maintain the HR information systems
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years of solid C&B experience gained from sizeable organisation, engineering industry is preferred
- Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
- Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
