- Degree/Diploma in Civil, Building or Engineering related, with professional qualification is highly preferred
- Minimum 4 years of Contractor/ Sub-contractors or Consultancy background, experience in tendering, execution and projects management
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, good interpersonal, leadership and project management skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
