Executive Secretary to Chairman
Industry: Mixed Industry Group
Location: Hong Kong
Salary Range: Up to 50,000
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Provide quality and professional secretarial services and administrative support to the Chairman by coordinating schedule for meeting and travel arrangement, handling of reports, ad hoc projects, correspondences and presentation materials.
• Degree holder or above with formal secretarial training
• Minimum 10 years’ solid secretarial experience in serving senior executive
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• PC literacy especially in the application of MS Word and PowerPoint
• Occasional business travel may be required when necessary
