Job Responsibilities

- Positions: Senior Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager
- Establish and maintain business network with property developers, landlords and real estate agencies
- Perform leasing related works including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, budget planning and rental forecast
- Conduct market research and make recommendation for network expansion with different brands in Hong Kong
Job Requirements

- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years working experience in leasing & property industries, preferably in reputable F&B/ Retail (multi brands) companies
- Familiar with landlord/ tenancy law and leasing procedures
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong at interpersonal & negotiation skills
