• Act as the ER Team head to develop ER strategy
• Plan, organize and execute employee relations programs to attract, motivate, engage and retain employees
• Design and implement employer branding programs to increase the awareness of corporate brand and attract talents
• Oversee and support the staff group
• Coordinate and consolidate regular reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Work on other ad-hoc HR initiatives as required
• Bachelor Degree holder with over 8 years of HR experience within HR Generalist or Employee Engagement focused
• Able to build rapport with internal and external key stakeholders
• Strong planning, organizing, interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
