IT Project Manager (Agile Methodology)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects and collaborate with the team to identify and resolve problems to ensure quality project delivery
• Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
• Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and sprint planning processes, as well as all other scrum ceremonies (as scrum of scrum master), and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery
• Handle the compliance of the group PMO policy
• Planning, budgeting and managing project processes. Communicate regularly with stakeholders via to ensure full stakeholder alignment
• Monitor the effectiveness of scrum team processes and performance, and collaborate with the team on changes and improvements
Job Requirements

• Over 5 years of IT project management / PMO/ Product Owner experience
• Project management experience in digital transformation, mobile / web development and agile methodology
• PMP and Scrum certified is an advantage
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to work with all level of stakeholders
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Putonghua is preferred
