- Provide leadership, able to create, develop and manage talent development strategies and plans to support the Company' s rapid expansion
- Lead the development and implementation of the corporate talent development plan and high impact human performance solutions to support talents' learning and growth
- Manage the HiPO talent program
- Set up the system of succession planning for key managers
- Lead comprehensive competency gap analysis, identify development priorities and build relevant and targeted competency based talent development plan
- Drive innovative and relevant training and development programs for leaders in order to cope with the rapid changing business and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- At least 8 years experience in human resources, talent development, or learning & development related field
- Retail experience would be an asset
- Facilitate leadership and team development at all levels
- Experience building trusting relationships and influencing at senior levels
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Putonghua
