Salary Range: 50,000-65,000

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and provide talent development initiatives and strategies to support rapid business growth
• Design, development and implementation of sound programs in an attempt to achieve desirable staff performance in alignment to company objectives
• Act as Internal Management Consultant to provide designated business units / functional teams with outcome driven training solutions for team development
• Participate in learning-related projects, design and implement engaging campaign activities to encourage participation for driving a continuous self-directed learning culture
Job Requirements

• Degree holder in HR Management, Psychology or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the L&D / talent development / talent management spectrum with proven track record of success gained from fast moving and sizable organizations
• Strong in the design, development and implementation of contemporary people development initiatives
• Driven, result oriented with strong passion towards talent development
• Innovative and creative
• Good communication and project management skills
• Strong business sense and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
