Assistant Administration Manager (Catering Group)

Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team to perform daily administrative work including but not limited to handling sales reports, contracts, licence, inventory and insurance…etc
- Liaise with internal and external parties for maintenance and facility management
- Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
- With 5 years' relevant experience. Experience in catering, retail industry is highly preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
